Crock Pot Irish Cream Coffee {Thirsty Thursday}

Ever since I discovered my crock pot at home (thanks Mom!), I have been dying to try a ton of crock pot recipes! I mean what's better than throwing a bunch of ingredients into the pot and having a whole delish meal ready in a few hours? Or leave it while you are at work, and come home to an amazing dinner (and the house smelling delightful). I love food, but the only thing I love more than food (other than my boyfriend, family and friends of course) is coffee. Give me it hot, give me it cold, give me a frapp, or a capp (just don't give it to me decaf), I don't care! Imagine my glee when I found both a crock pot recipe and a coffee recipe....add in a little Bailey's and well, you just made my day! I found this recipe on, check out some of their other recipes!

  • 3 Cups Strong Brewed Coffee, Black
  • 1/2 Cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (Not Whipped Cream)
  • 1 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Sugar, If Desired
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Shavings or Sprinkles, If Desired

  1. Add coffee and Baileys to crock-pot.
  2. Stir.
  3. Add your whipping cream and if you want it to be sweeter, your sugar.
  4. Add the cocoa powder, stirring to blend.
  5. Cook on low for 3 hours or high for 90 minutes.
  6. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate garnish (if desired).
